Welcome to my blog and yes it has been a whirlwind  for 2020 so here are some subjects that we must discuss and issues that we should be concerned about.

ELECTION 2020:

In my odds Blog I put Joe Biden as a favorite to win by -125.

It has been days since the Election on November 3rd 2020 but Joe Biden took the electoral votes 290 to 214 over Donald Trump. 

However as in all things the election has a cloud over it with Donald Trump claiming some voter fraud, and mishandeling of counting ballots. 

Donald Trump is refusing to concede losing to Joe Biden and this election could drag out into 2021.

Unfortunately for Donald Trump the Constitution is very clear about elections. 

Amendment 12 clearly states the Laws, Rules, and Regulations for our election process, and also gives a very specific date of January 20th when the President's term would end. 

Since Joe Biden has won the electoral votes Donald Trump's term will end on that date.

COVID19:

To this date  (11-7) in the USA there has been 9.96 million cases and 238,000 deaths from Covid19.

Worldwide 50 million cases , and 1.25 million deaths.

This Virus has caused changes no one could have projected, it has changed the economy, and how our daily lives go on every day.

Currently the scientist are still working on a possible vaccination but as it looks at the moment this virus is here to stay. 

ECONOMY:  

Currently the USA is 27 Trillion dollars in debt.

The economy is ever moving and changing even with or without a Covid19 virus.

However this year with the changes in how consumers shop many types of companies have been hit hard. 

The virus also created a shutdown of all companies that where deemed non essential for nearly 2 months in several cities and states. The impact is still going forward from the shut downs. 

As the Covid19 virus does not seem to be slowing down there are new concerns over the health of the people and the economy in the USA.
