Should some places lift Stay Home and Let Business Re Open
Some may argue it still is to early to re open some or all business in some States and Cities. However it may not be in the best interest to keep companies closed and to allow some business to re open as the Nation suffers from COVID 19 cases.
Implementing social distancing, and possible restrictions on how many people can be in a business, and giving employees gloves, mask or other protections may be a better option than keeping the entire economy down.
Sure many companies fell under the ESSENTIAL BUSINESS however many did not.
There are many suffering from lack of income, and this brings even more issues for the Nation.
LIFTING BANS ARE POSSIBLE:
Though the COVID 19 outbreak is still ongoing and in some places need restrictions.
I am asking why in some areas the restrictions could be lifted?
In places and towns and cities where the cases are low and implementing social distance and other regulations why not go ahead and re start the economy before it's to late?
SOME REAL FACTS:
With cases in the millions the World Population is estimated at 7.8 Billion People, and in the USA it is estimated at 331, 002, 651. In the USA there is 397,538 confirmed cases. and World Wide 1,426,096 cases.
In the USA that puts infected cases about 9 to 10 percent of the population.
Really no one has any idea what kind of impact this really has had on the economy.
Even with our Government offering stimulus checks it may not help and then there are questions about our DEBT in the first place and where this money is coming from?
At last check USA is nearly 23 Trillion Dollars in debt.

WHAT COULD BE DONE TO REOPEN SOME OR ALL COMPANIES:
Companies could choose to train employees on sanitation and disinfecting and still implement social distancing,
There are symptoms of the Virus companies could have employees tested for the Virus.
Enforce STAY AT HOME IF YOUR SICK.
Implement temperature checks daily.
States and Cities could restrict travel.
Business could operate with restrictions on how many customers are allowed, and enforce the six feet rule in the business.
This way restaurants, casinos, and some other types of companies could re open, as far as live events with large crowds may still have to be restricted.
Places with larger cases and confirmed cases could still impose restrictions.
Places that depend on tourism may be hurt still but locals could go to the business at least, and this would bump the economy a jolt.

Currently The UNEMPLOYMENT RATE jumped to 15 percent and is expected to hit near 19 percent.This jumped due to COVID 19 where as it was a low as 3.4 percent in most places.
My argument is should we allow people and business to suffer as well?
If we are not creating ways to make money, pay people, and stimulate the economy, what will happen next will even be worse than the Virus itself.
GREAT DEPRESSION:
In 1929 we had the GREAT DEPRESSION it lasted 10 years.
During this time unemployment was at an all time high, and many people suffered World Wide.
In 1932 1 in 4 people were unemployed.

According to the United Nations’ Conference on Trade and Development, the global economic hit could reduce global growth rates to 0.5% and cost the global economy as much as $2 trillion for 2020 due to the COVID 19 outbreak.
