INBA Live Body Building at Galena High School in Reno Nevada

The INBA is a professional body building competition that was held here in Reno Nevada. Today at Galena High School the INBA held a contest with several body builders. OSE was there with Brayn Eidem from BE FITNESS.

This competition is USA and WORLD WIDE and has many different types of Body Builders.

So I wanted to ask some questions about body building and the competition. So I asked around and found out some information about Body Building.

This is also affiliated with the PNBA and INBA.

WHAT DO THE JUDGES LOOK FOR IN BODY BUILDING?

According to the video I did with judges Brad and Paige different things are looked for. I did a video with Paige and Brad see on Yahoo of Facebook.
