I saw on the news and read an article on how the Supreme Court is going to hear the case in 2018. Well lets see we legalized pot in most States and almost every State in USA has a form of gambling. The NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB have reduced the fight against sports wagering and even are moving some teams to Vegas. Oregon, Montana, Delaware all are approved for sports wagering but with a lot of rules and restrictions after all I did write a book on it! Matter of fact he is attempting to get the Supreme Court to vacate the hearing in 2018. Currently Donald Trump is President of the USA. So I am going to take the Challenge of making some odds on:  Will Sports Betting Will or Will not become legal outside of Nevada in 2018? Today on 6/28/17 I ate at a new place called HABIT BURGER. Habit Burger is a new restaurant located at Circus Circus Casino on the second floor known as the MIDWAY. ERI company remodeled Circus Circus and recently added a food court on the second floor near the MIDWAY CIRCUS. This is where most people walk through to get to the other casinos attached to Circus Circus. Circus Circus is located downtown on North Virginia Street in RENO Nevada. The new food court is extremely nice lots of tables and chairs and Habit Burger is the first food place you see. The prices range from $4.00 to $12.00 depending on what you have to eat. I ate a CHAR BURGER, FRIES, and a DRINK the cost was $9.15 . I did not review the whole menu but this company states they use fresh ingredients. I am not attempting to be Harsh but I was not impressed all that much by Habit Burger. I did not find anything wrong my burger it was good but it did not stand out like I thought it would. Get ready RENO and SPARKS because as of JULY 1st 2017 POT is legal and trust me the city, stores, people are awaiting the grand opening of several stores to open. However hold the brakes a Judge in Carson City has made the first blow to the new industry all ready. Stores may be empty by August 2017 as the Judge managed to get a legal issue for all the stores and the entire industry or at least in the Reno and Carson City area. I am not sure about other areas in Nevada or it may be for the entire State it is very unclear! WHAT HAPPENED IS A COURT ORDER WAS EXTENDED FROM JUNE 2016: In other words stores and companies may only sell what they have in stock and may not sell inventory to non-medical users. Of course NEVADA is the only place doing this!

 I did not choose these three casinos as the top ones in Reno but the truth is they are getting to the point where they are number ONE and this is why: ERI as it is called on the NYSE currently has a stock value of  $20.00. This is really up since last year when the company stock was around $16 a share. The company also bought out Capri Isle Hotels and Casinos and currently sits on the level of MGM and a few other larger casino chains. ERI bought out Silver Legacy and Circus Circus in 2015 and there was no turning back as a remodel of both properties started and is near completion. At the Legacy ERI leased out the Sports Book to William Hill Sports Book who remodeled the sports book. It has been completed for several moths but it has lots of extras for those who love to wager sports or horses. If your like me driving around town a lot between Reno and Sparks NV you see many people out holding up a variety of interesting signs. They all have one thing in common they are asking for money. My family firm believers in giving and helping people in need and at first we gave. We use to hold some money in the car for a while giving  1 or 2 dollars out every-time we saw someone and it was safe to do so we gave. We even at one point made little gift sets that had some basic essentials and we even gave gift cards to the dollar store sometimes. However after a while out pockets began depleting because it seemed we gave at every corner in town. It was really out of control. After that we slowed down our giving and only picking a few that seemed in need more than others but a question came up on how do we really tell what the people need or if they need at all? Ok this is only my opinion but I do live here and have been in or had experience in all these casinos so take it or leave it but here is my list: PEPPERMILL OR WESTERN VILLAGE: Owned by the same company these two casinos could be considered night and day. Peppermill offers many things a Sports Book, Keno, Table, Games, Great rooms, shows, restaurants and gift shops, spa,pool and lots of other stuff as well. Western Village offers some of that but the hotel or rooms well that is another story, and even though the casino was remodeled I only care to go to the deli for food or the sports book once in awhile. The location of Western Village also is troubling near the Sparks Marina right behind a large truck stop that has a small casino as well. Though I never have had an issue at either property I would much rather stay at the Peppermill. Peppermill wins this battle hands down! On June 15th my family walked into a grocery store in our neighborhood.  It was around seven o'clock in the evening, and the deli was preparing to close. My wife was interested in a few of their cream-cheese poppers, but the man in the deli refused to sell them to her. "We have shutdown for the night man",  instead of packing up the food, he proceeded to toss it into the large fifty gallon garbage can. My wife inquired to why he was doing this. She was told that it was the store's policy. So right there in the store, in front of many onlooking customers, he continued to remove pan after pan of chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, and other deli foods; emptying them into the large garbage can. This is not the first time we have seen this we have come across this in Casinos, Fast Food restaurants, and other types of food business. Why do companies choose to toss the food? The Daytona 500 just happened and this year once again NASCAR is saying less fans and less TV viewers and even less interest in NASCAR. The fact is NASCAR changed the way the Daytona was operated. So let's really think about NASCAR and the reasons for the downward spiral of fans. FACE IT NASCAR IS BORING! As a sports guy who loves just about every sport Nascar has never been on my list as far as wagering or even watching NASCAR I only enjoy the wrecks even though I hate to see anyone hurt. As far as wagering on NASCAR in Nevada most books offer only to win the RACE or MATCHUPS between drivers. Raw finally may have come up with the solution to get the fans who are still pretty divided on Reigns. WWE had no answer how to sway the WWE Universe fans on Roman Reigns. So what does the WWE do they turn Roman into a possible good guy and baby face like Cena. Fans have not been jumping on board with the whole Reigns push so WWE builds on him beating Wyatt and possible match down the road with Lesnar. However what happens when Strowman returns? This week on Raw Enzo and Big Snow was the most hilarious match I have seen on Raw. Reigns beat Wyatt. Soma Joe choked out Paul Heyman. Bliss gets a DQ so JAX loses again.. Jaz should be Champ no doubt about it. Lesnar is announced for Raw next week. This Sunday June 3rd 2017 RAW EXTREME RULES on PAY PER VIEW. Bailey vs Alexia Bliss Ken-do stick for WWE Women RAW Title: Alexia Bliss wins the match and retains the Title. I believe somehow RAW needs Nia Jax to get involved in the Title Hunt. The women division on RAW is complexity sad at the moment. Raw Tag Team Match Steel Cage for RAW Rag Team Titles Hardy Boys vs Cezaro and Sheamus Cezaro and Sheamus win the Titles. The Tag team division is much needed help as well I think Raw needs Enzo and Cass. The Tag Team Division needs some rivalry going on, Anderson and Gallows could be used as well. Ever since Tesla hit Sparks Nevada out at USA Parkway the company has been the talk of the town about jobs. So I decided to find out what the story is and exactly how many jobs will be at the Tesla factory. I talked to HR and they say at some point around 1500 to 3000 employees will be working at the factory. There is also talk of adding a second factory but that currently will not be confirmed or denied by Tesla. There has been no decision in that as of yet. ABOUT THE FACTORY: The Tesla Factory is huge and they are very aggressive  about no photos or anything being posted on the internet. There is a security booth at the entrance of the factory that you must pass through and photos or videos are not allowed in the factory. Matter of fact I had to sign a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT so I will not be posting any photos or talking about the factory in Sparks Nevada itself.
