THE OUTLAW MICHEAL TOMSIK ( IS IT FAKE OR IS IT A SCAM OR IS IT REAL ? )
The OUTLAW PODCAST turns to a new venture this year as the OUTLAW MICHEAL TOMSIK does several series on the YOUTUBE and FACEBOOK CHANNELS.
I dare you to BECOME AN OUTLAW as I venture into several projects I have wanted to do for years. To start let's talk about money and what about poverty in America.
CAN YOU MAKE A LIVING OFF LAWSUITS ?
There is no research or agency that counts LAWSUITS filed in America however recently companies have found a way to get people to pay for a service to make money from being involved by a lawsuit.
Some companies are offering people a fee to add them int. o multiple lawsuits stating they can make a monthly salary from lawsuits. These companies are not illegal but some of them can be pretty shady.
How they work is they ask for a fee by the month or yearly.
They sign you up in an app or online and feed you multiple Lawsuits to join.
THE FLAW IN THE SYSTEM:
Typically CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS can take from 2 to 3 years to settle in court.
Some of these LAWSUITS have been known to take 7 to 10 years to settle.
CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS usually only pays out on a ONE TIME LUMP SOME.
The payouts often are paid out in smaller sums because of the large amounts of people involved in the LAWSUITS.
Even if you find an agency that signs you up and you join multiple lawsuits you will most likely not get a monthly income from the LAWSUITS.
WHAT DOES THE LAW SAY ABOUT COMPANIES THAT GET PEOPLE TO JOIN LAWSUITS:
There are no specific laws that prevent companies from doing this but it mostly is considered a SCAM.
The reason is that these companies charge an up front fee while most legitimate CLASS ACTION LAW SUITS rarely charge fees.
RISK FACTORS:
Believe it or not you could financially be burdened with fees from attorneys.
You can be legally challenged and possibly be charged with a crime.
You can risk personal information including bank accounts, ID, or credit impacts.
FINAL REVIEW:
Though this IS NOT FAKE, and IS CONSIDERED REAL, it comes down to IS IT A SCAM?
The question comes down to the SCAM part of the questions.
Companies charging fees and telling you that you will get monthly payouts.
My ADVICE IS STAY AWAY!
