The Outlaw Wrestling Club and my Odds blogs on WWE will stop in 2026 due to WWE price changes
THE OUTLAW WRESTLING CLUB PODCAST was part of the OUTLAW PODCAST running from 2020 to 2024 we had a weekly show that discussed the WWE. The podcast had mainly been on SPOTIFY but in August 2023 SPOTIFY stopped live recording of PODCAST so we had to shut the weekly podcast down after 4 years.
I decided I would continue the PODCAST on the YOUTUBE CHANNEL THE OUTLAW PODCAST in small segments.I wanted to continue to follow the WWE and bring fans some part of the OUTLAW PODCAST.
I have been following the WWE on PEACOCK and NETFLIX and USA. This comes at some cost however as WWE moved RAW from USA to NETFLIX it cost $7, PEACOCK $10, and to get USA I had to have SLING at $40 per month. To top off the INTERNET BILL at $110 per month. So adding all that up just to follow the WWE I have been paying $167.00 per month just to follow the WWE. This was so I could write blogs, do small segments and reviews on Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown.
Since the WWE takeover by the UFC and merging the stock of WWE it has risen as well currently sitting at close to $160 per share. YOU CAN LOOK UP THE STOCK ON THE NYSE under TKO.
However there are many issue since the takeover and the rise of the WWE.
LIVE EVENT PRICES:
Since the take over by TKO there have been some complaints about the cost of seats and entry into live events. Recently at Wrestle-Mania one of the company's most popular events seats ran into the $1000 or more dollars per seat. TKO came out and made a bold statement that they don't care how much the tickets cost. According to the company live events keep selling out and this may be true the latest event called Summer-Slam sold out to over 160,000 fans over 2 days.
There is an event coming to San Diego called War Games on Nov 29th 2025. Tickets are already ranging from $148 to close to $10,600 dollars. With these types of prices paying $10 to watch on TV on Peacock may seem a dream. What I am saying ois that fans will prefer to sit at home and not worry about traveling, food, merchandise, and going to live events. Eventually the price is going to matter to the WWE when the area is empty.
STREAMING SERVICE PRICES:
As I mentioned above with live ticket prices soaring paying to watch live events like Monday Night Raw on Netflix at $8 per month. However this does not include Pay Per Views or Smackdown on USA.
Currently to watch Pay Per Views Peacock is the only channel you can watch the events the lowest amount you can pay on Peacock is currently $11 per month. Peacock however does not include Monday Night Raw or Friday Night Smackdown.
If you want to watch NXT or FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN you must get the USA or CW. To get these channels you have to have cable or another service that gets those channels, Most cable companies charge from $40 to $145. If you do not have cable you will need the internet to get any of these apps or shows. The internet can vary from $30 to $175 depending on what company .
To get Smackdown or the NXT without cable you will need another streaming service like SLING, PLUTO, HULU that gets live shows on USA. There are a few out there I choose SLING that runs $40 per month.
So if you are watching all of this it could cost you $100 to #200 per month currently just to watch WWE.
In 2026 the WWE is removing some of the streaming channels and going to ESPN with a $30 per month fee.
This will increase the monthly fees even higher if you keep all the other services and ESPN.
With this in mind it is still cheaper than live events but for me it is time to cut some strings with the WWE.
At the end of the year on DECEMBER 31st it will be the last ODDS BLOG and the LAST REVIEW, and the last OUTLAW WRESTLING CLUB PODCAST.
I have enjoyed doing the Podcast, enjoyed doing the blogs, and enjoyed being a WWE fan but the cost is just too much and I have to draw the line somewhere. So I am shutting this part of the company down on December 31st 2025.
I want to thank all the OUTLAW FANS, GUEST, CO -HOST, and everyone that has been a part of the Outlaw Wrestling Club.
I look forward to the following months till the end of 2025!
Thank you THE OUTLAW MICHEAL TOMSIK
