Inside/Out Missouri ( Review of a restaurant called FIRST MARKET) by The Outlaw Micheal Tomsik

On July 24th 2025 I was walking by this restaurant I have often thought about visiting for a byte to eat. 

It was early 7 AM in the morning and as I walked in the restaurant had a nice vibe to it. I was greeted at the door and asked where I wanted to sit, 

Today I sat at the counter and was greeted by a waitress. ( She told me her name but I am not revealing her name in this blog.) I will say however she was very friendly.

Sitting I took a few photos of the menu and inside the restaurant. I got an omelette and I was happy that they had a lot of options. I never mentioned I lived in a KETO or CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE.

However I asked for no bread items  and the waitress offered fruits and a Tomato, After that we had a small discussion about it being a fruit or vegetable. 

I got an un-sweet ice tea with my omelette so the total bill was $19.

It was good food, great service, and a fair price.

It was kinda funny as I left one of the workers ( Again she gave me a name but I am not revealing it)

She was concerned about me taking photos of the outside establishment. We also had a conversation and I handed her my card and told her I was reviewing the place.

She has nothing to worry about though I had a great EXPERIENCE and recommended you try this restaurant.
