As part of Carnivore month Annie and I decided to take the challenge of 30 days of Carnivore. For Annie it was pretty easy as she has been a carnivore for over a year. 

However for me I have always maintained the KETO LIFESTYLE.

This is my 4th year of living in a KETO LIFESTYLE.

I do have to disclose I am still taking MORINGA as well.  Moringa is a plant that has been used for medical reasons in many foreign counties. It has been proven to have many benefits but I started taking it before we started our change to our KETO and CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE.

I have no intentions of stop taking it because it has proven many medical benefits for me.

IN WEEK TWO I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO KETO!

I was 9 days into the challenge and one day at work I had nothing to eat so I decided to eat a salad with lettuce tomatoes black olives and salt and pepper with an oil based dressing. This started my end of the challenge because after that I decided to do one my usual berry smoothie mixes the next day.

Honestly I felt better and even though I have no issues with a Carnivore Lifestyle I choose to stay in the Keto Lifestyle.

I disagree with some of the Carnivores that are saying fruits and vegetables are killing you or that they are bad for you. the truth is there are many fruits and veggies are good for your health.
