After the match Zoey and Trish have some words and Zoey slams Trish in the middle of the ring.

John Cena is the Host of Payback as he enters the ring area. John Cena announces he is going to be a special guest Ref for the Miz and LA Knight match. Miz and John Cena do a small segment together.At the end of the match John Cena and La Knight had a small interaction with John Cena raising the hand of La Knight.

Rey Mysterio came out with the entire LWO. 

During an Interview Becky Lynch Tiffany Straton shows up and suggest to Becky she never held the NXT Women's Title and the indication is Becky and Tiffany may meet for the Title.

Domick Mysterio appears and starts to help Finn and Damien in the match. Sami and Kevin come out in Pittsburgh Penguins  Hockey Gear and attack Judgement Day with hockey sticks. Jd Mcdonagh and Rhea Ripley come out to help Finn and Damien. With the help of Domick Mysterio, Rhea Ripley, and Jd Mcdonagh the winners are Finn and Damien.
