If you love Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Pork, Fish, or Seafood, or other foods like Deer, Elk, or other wild animals you will love Carnivore.
WHY DO SOME PEOPLE INCLUDE ELECTROLYTES in the CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE ?
Sometimes when people start the KETO or CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE the human body needs more electrolytes. This is because the insulin levels are lowered by reducing the carbs. The kidneys make more sodium and this disrupts the electrolytes in the body. You need to research products that include electrolytes to make sure they do not add sugar.
