For  over 3 years my wife Annie and I have been living in a KETO LIFESTYLE. I started my blogs at the very start of our journey, and during this journey we have become experts in the Keto Lifestyle. We did this not only through our experience but also by learning from others, researching, and education. 

Today Annie and enjoy a happier and healthier life and I truly believe you can do this also!

We belong to Keto groups, follow top doctors and have created our own Facebook group.

WE ARE NOT HEALTH PROFESSIONALS HOWEVER but we decided to try to help others live a KETO LIFESTYLE or go HEALTHY LIVING so that you can optimize your health in a HAPPY and HEALTHY way.

I start out with the fact we are all human and as humans we all age, and have different issues with our human bodies. We all age differently and there are many factors that contribute to our overall health. Things like our DNA, genetics, environment and all kinds of other factors also contribute to your overall health.

As far as PERFECT HEALTH I would approach it this way WE CAN LIVE IN THE BEST POSSIBLE HEALTH if we decide that for ourselves. 

Today 1/14/22 my boss DJ passed away from CANCER he left a wife and two children behind. I wanted to dedicate this blog to DJ and his family.

CANCER FACTS:

1 in 2 Men and 1 in 3 Women will be diagnosed with CANCER in their lifetime. 
Cancer costs over 5 billion dollars per year, plus over 3,2 million people are served with cancer every year. Cancer has an estimated 6.9 million survivors, and over 1 million people get Cancer screenings per year.

SO THE QUESTION IS WHAT PREVENTS CANCER AND HELPS FIGHT THE CANCER?

The KETO LIFESTYLE has been proven by scientists, health professionals, and years of research through multiple sources to help and fight Cancer!

Though KETO will not fight all types of CANCER it is proven to help both PREVENT and HEAL the body of CANCER!

Because KETO changes how the body burns fats in the body it has been proven that CANCER cannot use KETONES to fuel CANCER CELLS!

So if you're living in a KETO LIFESTYLE and you are in KETOSIS the Cancer may be stopped by the KETONES.

FOODS THAT HAVE BEEN PROVEN TO HELP PREVENT AND FIGHT CANCER:
Berries, broccoli, tomatoes, walnuts, grapes and other vegetables, fruits and nuts.
Beans, cinnamon, turmeric, olive oil, carrots, citrus fruits, flax-seed, garlic, and fatty fish. 

Though some of these foods fall under HEALTHY LIVING if you're diagnosed with CANCER it is time to look at your eating habits. How you eat and live your daily life could make the difference in survival or the Cancer progressing. Many people do not consider the way we eat as a way to help  prevent or heal diseases but once again it has been proven in multiple studies.

I hope that if you have been diagnosed with CANCER you consider the KETO LIFESTYLE or HEALTHY LIVING as a way to fight or even prevent the CANCER!

My prayer goes out to DJ and the family that has to deal with his passing!
