For 3 years my wife Annie and I have been living a KETO LIFESTYLE. I started my blogs at the very start of our journey, and during this journey we have become experts in the Keto Lifestyle. We did this not only through our experience but also by learning from others, researching, and education. We joined Keto groups, followed top doctors and created our own Facebook group.

WE ARE NOT HEALTH PROFESSIONALS HOWEVER but we decided to try to help others live a KETO LIFESTYLE or go HEALTHY LIVING so that you can optimize your health in a HAPPY and HEALTHY way.

IS IT TRUE WE MAY HAVE PLASTIC IN OUR HUMAN BODIES ?

Micro-plastics have been found in the air we breath, the food we eat, and in the water we drink. Micro-plastics also have been found in human blood recently. It is estimated that humans inhale or ingest enough micro-plastics to create a credit card per week. Humans produce an estimated 18.2 trillion pounds of plastic and 80 percent of plastics are in our landfills. It is estimated by 2050 another 26.5 trillion pounds will be produced worldwide. It is estimated that by 2040 plastic will increase in oceans. lakes and rivers by 11 million metric tons.

According to recent research we eat or breath in about 2.000 tiny particles of plastic each week.

CAN A KETO LIFESTYLE OR HEALTHY LIVING HELP WITH THIS ISSUE ?

Living a Keto Lifestyle or Healthy Living Life can increase your Health and Happiness it may not solve the issue of plastic pollution. However you can reduce use of plastics, including water bottles, cook more at home, recycle, reduce use of plastic bags, and reduce the use of plastic straws.

WHAT ABOUT GENETICALLY ALTERED FOODS ?

It is estimated up to 75% of our food is genetically altered. More than 90% soybeans, cotton, soy, and corn are modified. Today a majority of processed foods contain modified ingredients. The list of foods is increasing as you may soon be adding milk and fish to the list of 10 crops that are modified.

CAN A KETO LIFESTYLE OR HEALTHY LIVING HELP WITH THIS ISSUE ?

Living a Keto Lifestyle or Healthy Living Life can increase your Health and Happiness it may not solve the issue of genetic alteration of our food.  However many of these foods are not a part of the Keto Lifestyle, however research the foods you buy, read the labels. As far as the fish try to buy wild caught fish and not farm raised. If buying from a farm raised fish make sure to do your research on the farm.

CAN YOU REALLY AVOID SUGAR ?

Sugar is in almost everything we eat it is a natural part of many fruits and vegetables. It is the type of sugar that begins to have issues many products have added sugar. According to the FDA ( Food and Drug Administration) recommends less than 100 calories or 6 teaspoons or 24 grams for women and 150 calories or 9 teaspoons or 36 grams for men per day.

The issue is that a majority of adults consume more than 77 grams of sugar per day, this adds up to 60 pounds of sugar per year.

Many foods today have added sugars containing way more sugar than we as humans should be consuming.

HOW DOES KETO HELP LOWER SUGAR ?

Keto has been proven over time and through research and studies to lower sugar intakes also Keto changes how the body burns fats and uses energy. Keto has been proven to help prevent and heal from  Heart and Diabetes illness.

Some people have chosen to try to sway people from Keto with everything these days there are people whom just seem to not understand Keto has been around for some 100 years.  Maybe you still are doubtful or think Keto is not for you than I would suggest changing to a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE !

The main difference is in a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE it opens the door to more fruits and Vegetables, it also is not as restrictive as a Keto Lifestyle as far as calories and carbs.
