      WHAT IS THE MARCH MADNESS COLLEGE BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT? This is a tournament developed by the NCAA founded in 1939. The tournament starts with 68 teams selected to participate in the tournament. It is a single elimination tournament meaning if a team loses they are out. It is played till two teams remain that play for the Championship. It is the biggest sporting event in the United States! The tournament starts with 68 teams but is reduced when the 4 teams play in what is known as FIRST FOUR ROUND . The two winning teams from these games are added to the 62 teams selected making the bracket a total of 64 teams. The First round is played and is reduced to 32 teams, than those teams play again and is reduced to 16 teams this is often called THE SWEET SIXTEEN.  A store that was known for selling everything in the store for $1.00 is no more as times are changing the Dollar Tree had to increase the prices by .25 cents. According to the company the increase is suppose to bring in more merchandise. The company added shortages in the products as well and that this price increase will add new merchandise. I am asking how can we call it the DOLLAR TREE if the prices are not a dollar many other companies that state they sell things for a dollar have a wide price range of products the idea that you could go to a store and the price was exactly $1 was great. You may argue it is only .25 cent increase and still is with in the $1 range so it is still okay to say Dollar Tree. That .25 cents makes a difference to many people and the pockets of many as some Dollar Trees sell food items. As you have read in my previous blogs, I am a former type 2 diabetic who by living a Ketogenic Lifestyle, I have reversed my diagnosis and am able to live a much healthier life. I keep my carbs around 20 and I have lost 100 pounds over the past 2 years, which I have kept off. It has been an amazing turn around for me and I feel as I did when I was in my twenties. I was listening to a co-worker who told me that "when her sugar dropped, she would run out to her car and guzzle a bottle of Gatorade to bring her sugar back up."
