I wrote a lot of blogs in 2020 and 2021 about KETO and HEALTHY LIVING .  Annie and I learned new things, educated ourselves and hopefully helped some people get a HAPPIER and HEALTHY life just through eating food! So our story we are still doing our KETO LIFESTYLE and we both have lost weight, became more healthy, and we both are very happy.  We are not planning on changing anything about our LIFESTYLE CHOICE! So in closing 2021 I want to discuss a few  MYTHS, UNTRUTHS, TRUTHS, FACTS, EVIDENCE, about KETO and HEALTHY LIVING! One of the things I mostly notice is people telling my they tried KETO and it did not work.  I even had a few people tell me they have tried everything and nothing worked for them. I was just reading an article about how some physicians and researchers are talking about different diets being a FAD. They listed the Ketogenic Diet as one of these. My question is, how would Keto have become a fad? To my knowledge fad means something that is like a virus. It gets started, runs it's course, and fades out. Dictionary: "Fad" an intense and widely shared enthusiasm for something, especially one that is short-lived. But here is the problem I have with this theory. Eating a low carb diet was a part of life since the beginning of man. Humans ate mostly meats, some vegetables and seasonal fruits. Over time, grains were added.  We started commercial packaged foods with chemically produced preservatives in the past 150 years. Manufacturers added sweetners to everything. All of this together has increased disease. If you review illness and obesity along the timeline of commercial food preparation and food modification, you can see that these changes have increased

Welcome to a project I wanted to start way back in 2019 but Covid 19 and other factors had made it nearly impossible to start my project. My project is true stories facts and based on information gained through government agencies and covers the issues of POVERTY and HOMELESS in AMERICA ! YOU CAN READ THIS BLOG I WROTE BACK in SEPTEMBER 2021 The goal was to start a project with videos and blogs and photos on my web page at MTOMSIk.COM and my YOUTUBE at DOWN and OUT in AMERICA . I wanted to travel to different areas in America and document homeless issues, interview people, video and podcast for a series and documentary on issues in America. Since my last blog and timing has been so bad in 2022 I am going to start this project in my home town called Springfield Missouri. In 2020 it was estimated there had been 247  homeless people in Springfield Missouri however the numbers may have increased to more like around 500. The top city in the USA is New York City with an estimated 78,604

So I will be closing many parts of OSE, OSR at the end of 2021 however I was blessed with a long history of doing sports. I am going to keep PODCASTING and BLOGGING in 2022 and beyond.
