This blog is a little different because Annie and I started a Keto group and someone in the group contacted me with some information.  I decided that I needed to review and investigate and research the information. What the person told me was a medical health professional had attributed Kidney Stones to the Keto Lifestyle. So here is what I discovered about the question of Keto and Kidney Stones: HOW IS A KIDNEY STONE CREATED: Kidney stones are created from a high concentration of minerals and other substances like calcium, oxalate, and uric acid that come together to form crystals.  When the crystals stick together you get Kidney Stones. IS THERE EVIDENCE A KETO LIFESTYLE COULD CAUSE KIDNEY STONES: The answer is NO! THE TRUE FACTS: In the cases observed in many medical studies showed the people who lived Keto Lifestyle incorrectly stood a higher risk of Kidney Stones than the people who followed the Keto Lifestyle correctly.             Baron Corbin is one of the main entertainers on WWE Friday Night Smackdown.  Baron Corbin is the stage name of entertainer Thomas Pestock who is 36 years old and currently married to Rochelle Roman who share a daughter.  Thomas had a NFL career until 2011 when he joined the WWE. Since joining the WWE he stayed in the NXT until 2016 where he made his appearance on the main roster of the WWE.   His accomplishments include holding the Money in the Bank and has been the United States Champion in the WWE.  He was featured on Smackdown but eventually moved to Monday Night Raw working with Stephanie McMahon as her constable. In 2019 he won KING OF THE RING and became KING CORBIN.  He than was moved back to Friday Night Smackdown and has been featured on Smackdown as one of the main entertainers. The WWE spun a story between Baron Corbin and Shinsuke Nakamura over who was the true King. Baron had been boasting a crown on his head however Nakamura took the crown and started calling

 WWE is headed to Summer Slam on August 21st 2021 in Las Vegas Nevada. The WWE has come out of the Thunder dome and gone back to live audiences but may face issues with the new Delta Covid 19 Virus. The WWE also has been suffering company losses cutting staff, and the company stock sitting at $49 per share.  The WWE also has been hit hard by viewership on both Monday Night Raw, and Friday Night Smackdown on USA and FOX. Reports and stories of Stephanie McMahon meeting with the networks to get ideas on how to get the ratings higher. As far as NXT on Tuesdays this program is rarely in the media headlines but has a sold following of fans. The WWE is fighting independent and new wrestling entertainment companies that are stealing the entertainers and gathering a fan base. The WWE decided to go back to live shows recently however they had to reach out to some entertainers that have moved beyond the WWE. Though the coffee shop is clean and staff was friendly it was sad the staff had no idea of Keto or what Keto was.  We ordered a veggie burger, buffalo chicken sandwich, a coffee, and two smoothies. While the veggie burger was for my daughter the cashier who took our ordered could not tell us what veterinarian product they used in the sandwich, and my daughter could not even eat it because it was spicy. The sandwiches only came with a pickle, and my grandson liked his sandwich.  The smoothies ran $5.50 each we got a blueberries, and smoothies made of fresh berries and multiple choices of milk, almond milk, or half and half. Though the smoothies had been good the glasses I felt had been small for the price attached. The staff was friendly but when asked about Keto they had no idea.
