This is my first food review of 2020. It is about our KETO life style, and restaurants that serve KETO dishes. Many people are turning to Keto and many restaurants are turning to Keto for the customers. So since Covid 19 had many business including bars and pubs shut down for the past few months recently they have been allowed to re opened. We decided to try a place we heard about called THE PITCH PIZZA and PUB. HOW CAN YOU MAKE A KETO PIZZA ? Cauliflower crust is the main answer but you could also do a crust out of Almond Flour or Coconut Flower as well or even Flax Seed. Cauliflower crust has become the most popular in stores and some restaurants to offer as a KETO alternative. Besides that you can put any type of meat like chicken, pepperoni, or sausage or all of them. Cheese and several types of veggies like olives, peppers, and mushrooms. It has been a few months since Annie and I have done anything for our soap company called DANDY LITTLE SOAP COMPANY. Due to COVID 19 we have not scheduled any events to sell soap at, matter of fact due to us moving from Reno, Nevada to Springfield, Missouri it all but halted us in making soap. However we are getting ready to start up the soap making process once again. DANDY LITTLE SOAP COMPANY WILL BE RETURNING SOON! So I wanted to discuss SOAP and how we make our soap with no CHEMICALS, NO ADDITIVES, and all NATURAL INGREDIENTS. So your asking does soap have chemicals in it? Soap is made with oils and fats, and lye or sodium hydroxide. However some companies use chemicals in soap it is best to read the ingredients. What makes our soap so great? Annie and I researched soap so much that we could almost tell you any thing about soap but here it is the basic facts why are soap is so great! We perfected making our soaps with Coconut Oil, Goats, Milk, and Natural Oils.

After a few months and several blogs I can verify personally I have lost over 50 pounds and managed to stay at the weight I want to be at. I had gotten to around 250 pounds toward the end of 2019 and I jumped on the Keto lifestyle with my wife Annie and here it is the end of May 2020 and I am sitting at 195 pounds. I can only talk about my journey your journey may be totally different. You should consult with a doctor before making any dramatic changes to your diet or lifestyles. I am blessed with a wife ANNIE whom is a great cook and creative with our food and nutrition needs. In my diet I eat a lot of Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Pistachios, Brazil Nuts, Cheese, Jerky, Beef, Turkey, Chicken, Salmon, Tuna, and other fish, along with Seafood like Shrimp. Since I last posted a blog some reality has changed as many States are planning to lift lock downs, and stay at home quarantine directives. In Missouri where I live currently the cases have reached 10,789 confirmed cases , and 594 deaths. In the entire United States of America the cases have reached 1.54 million, and 90,694 deaths. Worldwide cases have reached 4.70 million, and 318,000 deaths. TOP HEADLINES: In the current news headlines our President Donald Trump admitted today to taking an unproven possible treatment called Hydroxychloroquine. A possible vaccine called Moderna is showing signs against the Covid 19. Many States are planning on re opening business and the economy. SPORTS NEWS: Sports that had been closed completely  but currently are planning on re-opening. There may be less fans in the stands, and a lot of rules and regulations to live events. First of all it depends if you are a independent contractor or self employed or do you work for a company that does delivery? It can also depend on where you live like what State and what the laws are in that State for wages. You should research the wage laws in each State or at least research the Wage laws where you live. Here in Missouri where I live currently the wage is $9.74 per hour however for tipped positions like delivery drivers you get $4.74 per hour plus your tips. If your self employed than you may be required to pay unemployment ,social security, federal and state taxes, Either way you will be responsible for maintenance on your car, gas and misc expenses as well. I started to do UBER and DOOR DASH here in springfield but there was not a great demand and I was not making the money I was in Reno, Nevada. I decided to leave the business for a while than another issue happened COVID 19 hit and I still did not do Uber or Door Dash, It has been several months since I did a UBER or Door Dash.
