Nearly at the end of 2018 what is going on with the XFL and other football leagues ?

If your a sports nut like me and love to follow all the latest news, gossip, and good, bad and ugly news in sports you have to be asking what the heck is going on with XFL and other leagues that had early in 2018 told us all that more FOOTBALL was coming down the pipe lines. So here is the latest news that I could find from a few FOOTBALL LEAGUES.

ARENA FOOTBALL LEAGUE:
A league that was around for 13 years with several predominate teams has all but fallen and crumbled. The league has fallen to only 4 teams all based near the New York area.
However the league has announced the headquarters move to Philadelphia.
The League also signed a deal with Draft Kings for 2019 that may shed some light on the come back of Arena Football.
In the mean time Arena Football continues to operate in some places under a different leagues.
NATIONAL ARENA LEAGUE is one such league with 6 teams based in Florida.
INDOOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE is another such league with 9 teams based in the Mid West area.

XFL LEAGUE NEWS AND UPDATES:
Vince McMahon owner and CEO of the World Wrestling Entertainment Company sold out a huge part of his stocks to bring back the XFL. It has been mentioned that he invested  up to 500 Million into the XFL return that has been revealed as opening in 2020.
As many people are aware the XFL lasted one year and closed .
LATEST NEWS:
Oliver Luck was appointed the XFL Commissioner and CEO.
Doug Waley was announced Senior Vice President.
So as of November 2018 no TEAMS, no CITIES, no VENUES have been announced by the XFL.
