Reno Bighorns vs Rio Grande Valley Vipers

Our first quarter takes off with a three-pointer shot by the Valley Vipers. The Vipers maintaining a head start within the first few minutes into the game; ahead by seven points as the clock ticks down to nine minutes. Fortunately, for the Bighorns, they are not going down without a fight, and we seem them briefly head to head at 12-12. The visiting team is still ahead at 12-17 when a time-out is called out at 6:42. Chris Paul shoots a three-pointer.
Jack Cooley approaches the line, shooting two points that set the game at 21-29 with the Valleys leading and only 2:40 left of our first quarter. Marcus Williams scores a two-pointer for the Reno Bighorns directly after. The clock is ticking dangerously low, and the Bighorns have just brought themselves up another four points, bringing the score up to 25-29.
Craig Victor of the Vipers shoots an addition point at the line. The last seconds are head-to-head with the Valleys leading at 32-31 only for the Reno Bighorns to score a two-pointer that sets them in ahead at 33 to 32 with only ten seconds on the clock.
Within the first minute of the second quarter, we again see them battling for the top, with the Valley Vipers at 36 and the Reno Bighorns at 35. A time out is called at 9:15, with the score at 35-41 and the Vipers still in the lead. We see Chris Walker at the line, managing one shot that sets his team at 45-39. Will Davis scores a two-pointer, shortly followed by another two-pointer by Matt Jones.
As we reach the halfway point of our second quarter, the Bighorns have managed to claim the lead at 48-45. Will they keep the lead? With 2:58, and our home team ahead at 54-51, it looks like they might just. During another time-out, we see an interesting 'recliner' challenge before leaping back into the game. RJ Hunters shoots a three-pointer, setting the score at 59-58 in favor of the visiting Vipers. After a return to the playing field, the Vipers are now at 80. There is less than a minute left and the the Bighorns are falling further behind. Twelve seconds remaining, and two points are shot for the Bighorns, bringing the end of the third quarter to 71 for the Bighorns and 84 for the Vipers.
We are now on our fourth and last quarter with a thirteen point difference. The time is 4:42 and the score remains in the favor of the Vipers, 97-83.
