It is estimated that around 80 million people in 2026 have a side hustle that is almost 36% of the population.

People that work a side hustle report earnings from $1,000 to $1250 per month extra income.

Motivation for doing a side hustle is making ends meet or just adding additional income.

Is it estimated that 55% of people are considering starting or doing a side hustle.

HOW MANY PEOPLE IN AMERICA ARE SCAMMED PER YEAR ?

FACTS REPORTED BY OUTSIDE AGENCIES:

In 2024 AGENCIES reported that around 880,000 complaints had been filed about scams.

It is estimated that over 4,3 million people are scammed per year.

It was also reported that 73% of adults in America have experienced being scammed.

The FBI reported that over 21 million people had been scammed over the phone.

The FBI reports show in 2025 Americans lost a total of 21 billion dollars from scammers.

The FTC reported that 15.9 billion dollars in losses from Scams and Fraud.

The fact is there are NO REPORTS or INVESTIGATIONS that show how many SCAMS or FAKE SIDE HUSTLES are out there in the world today. Scammers often look for people needing additional income or offering to get rich fast. The scammers often play to your situation offering fast solutions to your needs. 

Scammers have learned to look for what most of us desire. I would love to have a carefree life loaded with making money daily so that I could just relax and enjoy life. This is often what scammers promise. 

The truth is operating a business or doing a side hustle is not gonna come at you with no time or expenses involved. Even today people that are millionaires still have to grind daily to keep the money flowing.

I myself over the years have done several SIDE HUSTLES.
