Annie and I are in the 4th year of our journey into our LIFESTYLE of KETO and CARNIVORE. We have done a lot in the last 4 years: research, learning, educated ourselves in nutrition, helped some people start a journey into a better life through better health.

We started Healthy Food 4 Healthy Life to help people start a life of better health and better living but  this is the legal part WE ARE NOT HEALTH PROVIDERS. We provide FREE resources in our group page and chat room. We have a network of many who live this Lifestyle and can offer you suggestions, and there are Doctors, Scientists, Nurses, and people that are living the LIFE!

The more and more I choose to live in this LIFESTYLE of KETO and CARNIVORE my eyes are open to seeing things in a different view than most people. Maybe it is because I am Just wired that way or maybe it is from the nearly 4 years of living this LIFE.

Depression affects 21 million adult people in America or 8 percent of the population. It also affects 3.7 million youth or 15 percent of the youth population. In 2023 the number jumped to nearly 29 percent of the population had been diagnosed with depression. 

THE QUESTION IS DOES THE FOOD YOU EAT HELP WITH DEPRESSION ?

It has been proven the CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE does help with depression. In a study with over 2 million people showed the CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE helped with depression. There also were several people who have had positive results with a Carnivore Lifestyle called the Lion Diet. This is an extreme elimination type of lifestyle that reduces your food down to red meats, salt and water. 

In 2008 studies also showed CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE helped with Bipolar depression as well. The Carnivore Lifestyle also helped with depression and improved mental health. Several top scientists have documented in studies how the Carnivore Lifestyle helped with anxiety as well.

The KETO LIFESTYLE has also been proven to help with depression. In studies it was proven that KETO LIFESTYLE adds to the health of mitochondrial functions. It also showed the KETO LIFESTYLE was beneficial to fighting depression.

It is always a good idea to discuss your health with a professional but the way you eat may affect your depression, moods, and mental health.
