According to Triple HHH Roman will retain the UNIVERSAL CHAMPIONSHIP into what ever Brand he ends up in as the DRAFT is coming this week. The NEW TITLE will be on the show Roman is not on and the NEW CHAMPION will be determined on MAY 27th at NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS. It was not determined how it will be determined who will face each other for the TITLE!

This also comes as a bit of a surprise for WWE fans as the company had already announced the Pay Per View Backlash on May 8th, On top of that the WWE changed a Pay Per View on May 27th from King and Queens to Night of Champions. Than there is the sale of the WWE to Endeavor  (EDR on the NYSE), With this rumors are floating about budget cuts to WWE in the 50 million dollar range.
