We went to this restaurant in Saint Louis  with our family last time we visited. Annie and I had just discovered that Springfield and Nixa had Marco's as well.  What we loved about this Pizza restaurant was it had a way to fit into our Keto and Carnivore Lifestyle. On the day we visited we actually got to talk to the owner of the franchise here in Springfield. He seemed like a very nice man and was in the store working himself along side some of the staff. The thing that impressed us both is we mentioned Keto and he immediately commented that Keto was good. Marco's offers a cauliflower crust for low carb as well but we got the  PIZZA BOWLS.
