I start out with the fact we are all human and as humans we all age, and have different issues with our human bodies. We all age differently and there are many factors that contribute to our overall health. Things like our DNA, genetics, environment and all kinds of other factors also contribute to your overall health.
As far as PERFECT HEALTH I would approach it this way WE CAN LIVE IN THE BEST POSSIBLE HEALTH if we decide that for ourselves.
In today's world CANCER is one of the main diseases we see it is estimated that around 5.5 % of the population in the USA has or had some sort of Cancer. It was estimated 18.1 million people in the world had been diagnosed with Cancer. It also showed 9.3 million were men, and 8.8 million were women.
It has been proven through science, health, and education that foods can help prevent diseases and even reverse some diseases. Food can help with common illness and there is no dispute with humans the foods we eat and consume as humans contribute to our overall health.
The KETO LIFESTYLE has been proven over time that it helps prevent some types of cancer and other diseases. It has been proven that it helps with obtaining the BEST POSSIBLE HEALTH WE CAN HAVE AS HUMANS!
