I am sitting on my sofa watching a program when a commercial comes on about weightloss. "A new break through. Dr Xxx has proven that your fat burning cells burn out by the time you are 35, so you need his miracle blah blah blah to lose weight." Yeah right!  Does that make sense to you? With all the people who are under the age of 35 and overweight? With all the children who are overweight? Does it really make sense to anybody that we have burned out are fat burning cells? Because it makes no sense to me!  What does make sense to me is an age old way of eating, a natural way of eating, an ancestral way of eating.  I tried all the different weight loss programs that were out there. I tried to eat low-fat, heart-healthy, I even tried juicing for a while. Juicing was the only one that actually help me lose about 40 lb.      Sasha Banks and Namoi are suspended indefinitely from WWE over treatment of entertainers! On May 15th 2022 on MONDAY NIGHT RAW Sasha Banks and Namoi whom held the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles refused to wrestle in a match on Raw. The reports reported Sasha ans Namoi walked into the office of an executive of the WWE and laid the Titles on the desk and walked out. After days of the news being one of the top stories in the wrestling industry. Many of the entertainers stood on the side of Namoi and Sasha and many of the WWE fans stood with them as well. However WWE had no answer until FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN on May 20th 2022. Before the big RAW and SMACKDOWN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP UNIFICATION MATCH WWE announced Sasha Banks and Namoi had been suspended indefinitely and the Titles had been stripped. With the current cost of food rising it becomes harder to eat good healthy foods because the unhealthy foods are cheaper.  I live in Springfield Missouri we primarily shop  at Walmart, Price Cutters. or HyVee because these are the main stores in the area. There are a few other stores and smaller markets but these three stores cover the market in Springfield, Also most of the smaller markets have higher prices. In 2018 I made a decision I would stop drinking soda as my New Years resolution. I succeeded for about two weeks and that was it. I craved the soda. I hid it. I made excuses for why I couldn't give it up. I convinced myself that Lemon-Lime soda was a better alternative to Cola. It wasn't until August of 2019 when I stopped eating sugar, carbs, and seed oils that I had success.  How many times do we make excuses that they will start a diet tomorrow, next week, at the new year, etc. We tell ourselves we still have time. We don't really eat that much. We have low blood sugar so we have to graze throughout the day. (See footnote) It felt too hard. I wanted to eat what I wanted to eat. It was unfair that certain people could eat whatever they wanted to eat, and still look great. I would look in the mirror and hate who was looking back. There was no hiding it.  This prom was on April 7th 20022 located at 601 E Saint Louis Street downtown Springfield MO. The prom is held by Springfield Sertoma and Wingapalooza. It has been held every year for the last 6 years. It is advertised as 21 and up and the money is used from the event for kids in the Ozarks. It usually starts around 8 PM and ends at 1AM, and is at the Springfield Sertoma Club & The Abou Ben Adhem Shirners event center. The Price of the Prom starts at $35 per ticket that includes music and some food, and advertised drink with price but the beer, wine, or other drinks you have to pay out of pocket for. I was really disappointed that I could not get a water without paying $6 for the bottle. I skipped that but I could have used some water! We entered the Prom about 8:30 PM the first issue is parking downtown. Not that I mind but we walked several blocks to the entrance.
