CLICK HERE FOR WEB PAGE On July 24th 2025 I was walking by this restaurant I have often thought about visiting for a byte to eat.  It was early 7 AM in the morning and as I walked in the restaurant had a nice vibe to it. I was greeted at the door and asked where I wanted to sit,  Today I sat at the counter and was greeted by a waitress. ( She told me her name but I am not revealing her name in this blog.) I will say however she was very friendly. Sitting I took a few photos of the menu and inside the restaurant. I got an omelette and I was happy that they had a lot of options. I never mentioned I lived in a  KETO or CARNIVORE LIFESTYLE.  Hello and welcome to INSIDE/OUT MISSOURI and THE OUTLAW PODCAST  as part of the T OMSIK ENTERPRISES LLC Company that relocated to Springfield Missouri in 2020.  My family relocated from Verdi,Nevada in January 2020 to Springfield, Missouri. I am writing this blog from our experience over the past 5 years of living in Springfield, MO. When we moved here we had a 30 foot motorhome, with a large U-Haul trailer and a HHR vehicle. We arrived as the COVID-19 pandemic was spreading across the country. Originally we had found a home in Auroa a small town about 30 minutes away from Springfield. However my job offer ended up on arrival making us stay in our motorhome. For several months we moved from RV Park to RV Park but ended up in a park called Homestead Acres. I also found employment doing patient delivery with a company and worked there for several years till it closed due to a bankruptcy.                                            Located at 504 West Bypass in Springfield Missouri LINK TO WEB PAGE HERE On Sept 18th I decided to try this restaurant called Bubba's BBQ. I had gotten some recommendations from other people I work with and today I finally got some food to go to find out myself if the food was good. My ticket was 42 dollars, and what I got was 1/2 pound smoked turkey, 1/2 pound of burnt ends, and 1 pound of beef brisket. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Ordering the food was pretty simple the host or cashier was very willing to help me. The price was pretty normal for the food I got but it was when I got home and opened the containers the review really starts. I never looked in the brown paper sack but I wish I would have.  For the past two years on Facebook I have been doing REELS with my two dogs Trixie and Trip. During these reels we walk and I talk if you would like to find  my reels or join my OUTLAW PODCAST  or if you would like to follow INSIDE/OUT MISSOURI . SPRINGFIELD and the OZARKS is loaded with trails that can be enjoyed by every level of fitness or just for fun and relation.  Here are some of the trails that I have walked myself and recommend. Springfield Conservation Nature Center Trail Loop: Located  at 4601 S Nature Center Way, Springfield, MO 65804 this walking trail has different lengths of trails. I have walked both some of the shorter and longer trails and you can enjoy seeing birds, animals, and the lake. Including the Nature Center has  a small inside museum you can tour for free and a bird watching room. Welcome to Inside/Out Missouri  YOUTUBE CHANNEL and Inside/Out Missouri FACEBOOK CHANNEL. Annie and I decided a while back ago we wanted to share our adventures with our friends, family, and our fans from the OUTLAW PODCAST and from all the years we have been doing sports and entertainment. It is JULY 2025 and I have wanted to work on this project ROUTE 66 in SPRINGFIELD MO. The question I am asking however is Springfield MO losing the ROUTE 66 connection ? In my videos I will show you places in Springfield MO that are related to Route 66, but some of these places are closed, tun down, or need restored. In Episode One we travel down SAINT LOUIS STREET from GLEN STONE to COLLEGE ST.  In the following videos I take you to some of the places in Springfield that are closed or for sale, and some sports that are still open, but they need repair. I have to ask if Springfield is the BIRTH PLACE of ROUTE 66 why are people letting it go ?
