THIS IS OUR STORY:
Annie and I started the KETO LIFESTYLE in 2020 after her brother was diagnosed with diabetes Her brother whose name is Dick Kelley eventually passed away from the disease. Annie was really sick in 2020 and also diagnosed with diabetes. Our fear of what happened to her brother got us investigating what we could do. We had Doctors tell us there was nothing but medications however we found KETO and began to follow the LIFESTYLE.

WHAT DOES SUGAR DO TO THE HUMAN BODY?
Here it is 2025 and even though we have advanced technology and advanced health care people still do not understand how sugar works against the human body.
It is estimated that 38.4 million people in America have Diabetes and that is an estimated 11.6 percent of the population.
Sugar has been around a lot longer than people believe it really started in the 1600's when prices dropped and sugar became more appealing to America. However people really don't understand SUGAR and how and what is does to the human body.
There are a lot of different types of sugar however, Some fruits and veggies have natural sugar. Today in 2025 many new discoveries have come through research and experience about sugar. The amount of sugar used in our foods is much higher than in the past.
It is a fact that the availability and consumption of sugar is much higher and the introduction of High Fructose Corn Syrup.
