Hello fellow followers and Carnivore and Ketovore family friends and those who are searching for answers to a HAPPY HEALTHY LIFE!
Recently in the past few months Annie and I completely changed our lives adding 2 small children to our home they are ages 6 and 2. They also both have mental issues and other issues that create learning disabilities and health issues. This has been a challenge for Annie and I however we decided that we would keep our Healthy Lifestyle and the kids would just have to adapt to our Lifestyle.

In the past 3 months since they arrived we have turned them into little Ketovores. However it does come with a fight with the schools, nurses and some doctors. You would think the choice to eat healthy would be welcomed by the schools but the truth is the school has a menu full of foods with sugar and carbs. It is not only schools we have to fight people offering candy and treats, even on the school bus.
Here we are going into the holiday season starting with Halloween where as trick or treating comes in with kids wanting tons of candy. So how do you allow the kids to enjoy dressing up and getting the threat of trick or treating without all the candy?
Annie and I came up with a plan to offer the kids a trade we would buy them one toy they liked at the store for the candy. However the issue also comes up with the school again who often offer parties with candy and other treats. So how to deal with that is still an issue at this time. The school fights us at every turn possible.
Then comes family dinners at Thanksgiving and Christmas and often family is the hardest to deal with because many people do not understand our choice to eat the way we do. Pressure from family and friends is one of the hardest issues with eating healthy. This is an area where many people fall short into changing how they eat.
In closing the holidays, family, and schools are going to present the issues and you will need to find ways to deal with them. Sticking to your LIFESTYLE and telling family and friends what you will eat and what you will not or even offering to bring your own food and snacks.
Do not give into temptations and if you do you can start over.
