For  over 3 years my wife Annie and I have been living in a KETO LIFESTYLE. I started my blogs at the very start of our journey, and during this journey we have become experts in the Keto Lifestyle. We did this not only through our experience but also by learning from others, researching, and education. 

Today Annie and enjoy a happier and healthier life and I truly believe you can do this also!

We belong to Keto groups, follow top doctors and have created our own Facebook group.

WE ARE NOT HEALTH PROFESSIONALS HOWEVER but we decided to try to help others live a KETO LIFESTYLE or go HEALTHY LIVING so that you can optimize your health in a HAPPY and HEALTHY way.

I start out with the fact we are all human and as humans we all age, and have different issues with our human bodies. We all age differently and there are many factors that contribute to our overall health. Things like our DNA, genetics, environment and all kinds of other factors also contribute to your overall health.

As far as PERFECT HEALTH I would approach it this way WE CAN LIVE IN THE BEST POSSIBLE HEALTH if we decide that for ourselves. 

ANNIE AND I MADE THIS LIST OF THE THINGS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED:

#1) FIGHTING THE SKEPTICS: 

Annie and I have both been victims of people not understanding our choice to live a Keto Lifestyle. We often find ourselves explaining our reasons to people. When out with co-workers or friends at events that include food we are not asked about anything we would like to eat. Many people tell us we could not live that lifestyle. However it seems these same people are concerned about weight or health. Annie and I have both had people whom we started down a healthy path but they choose to go back to living and eating the way they always have. After they go back that same person turns around and says Keto or Living Healthy did not work.

NOTE: On 12/10 Annie asked CASEY DURANGO on the live show GO KETO WITH CASEY this question in the title and she gave an awesome answer. 

Basically she replied with this answer : Are you going to be the person taking care of me.

#2) CALLING YOUR LIFESTYLE A DIET:

Since the start of our journey I have had an issue with people doing a DIET instead of a LIFESTYLE. A diet is a temporary change in the way you eat. It can accomplish some things like losing weight or reversing some medical issues or even diseases but what happens when you stop. If you truly want to change it has to be forever a LIFESTYLE CHANGE and not a temporary one. The issue is once you stop the temporary change most likely you will revert back to the same patterns that you had before and you most likely will have to start all over. This does not help your health for the long term and the change may actually hurt your health more than helping it.

#3) RESTAURANTS AND EATING OUT:

Annie and I do not venture out to eat very often any more. This is due to the experiences we have encountered with our KETO LIFESTYLE and HEALTHY EATING LIFESTYLE. We had an experience in Texas when a cashier did not want to serve us HOT DOGS with no buns. Often we get charged full price for foods when we ask to remove some of the items but they do not offer to replace them.

Many restaurants still do not offer healthy options and we avoid fast food even though some people say you can do Keto or what's referred to as DIRTY KETO by going to fast food places.

#4) IS IT REALLY KETO OR EVEN HEALTHY FOR YOU?

A growing trend is food products that refer to themselves as KETO FRIENDLY or HEALTHY when in fact they are not. Going to the market you have to read the labels, ingredients and investigate the product to see if it really is KETO or not or even HEALTHY for you.

#5) Disbelief that EATING HEALTHY can fight off diseases and keep you HEALTHY:

People are so confused by the media when it comes to food. After all even the food pyramid we grew up with was incorrect. The truth is KETO has been researched and it has been proven to work for over 160 years to date. 

Even if you disbelieve in the KETO LIFESTYLE you should believe in eating HEALTHY!

#6) FOOD POLLUTION, CHEMICALS, and GENETICALLY ALTERED FOODS:

In our world today it is hard to believe that most of our foods have been genetically altered, or the foods we are eating are polluted or covered in chemicals. It seems we are going down this road of science and soon the foods we eat may not even meet the basic needs our human bodies need. People that believe that no issue exists should really do some research on the changes in our world.
