In my prior blog I talked about the industry of FOOD DELIVERY in the RENO Nevada area. Three companies emerged as top companies Door Dash, Uber Eats, and Grub Hub. Since we have been doing the deliveries with these companies I am basing this blog on our experiences. I read an article in the Reno newspaper today about all these companies. I felt the article sucked. It had no true information about doing this type of work. The Companies only offer you to work as a INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR . What this means is even though the companies assign you the jobs and pay you the companies do not take

I started a series called DOWN AND OUT IN RENO NEVADA  about a year ago. I did several Episodes all on my YOUTUBE channel for Outlaw Sports Entertainment  Also there are several photos and albums on  my Facebook page. The series is all about homeless in Reno Nevada and surrounding areas. I did several research projects including walking the River Area, interviews down town, and interviews with shelters in town. This Monday Night on Raw Vince McMahon came out right away on Raw to his usual cheers and boos.  Vince McMahon relates the Raw has been on the air 25 years. Stephanie McMahon comes out the ring as well.  Triple H comes out after words to the ring also.  Shane McMahon also comes to the ring. So with all the Owners and operators of Raw in the ring the crowd is fairly into it. They say without the fans and they are taking control of Raw and giving the FANS what that they want. WWE SAYS IT IS ALL ABOUT THE FANS! However no mention of the WWE Universal Championship and Brock Lesnar! Baton Corbin comes out with a mic and the fans boo do if they are listening to the fans. Today (12-9-2019) in the NFL fans left an NFL game with the Washington Redskins and New York Giants in droves leaving the arena mostly empty. What many professional athletes, team owners and even leagues  forget is it is all about the FANS. For years I touted the power of the FANS! What the people do not realize as FANS we have all the power of any sport or league. So your asking how is what I am saying true? These leagues and teams and owners are worth millions of dollars. I will say anything that had been built up can come crumbling down is my answer. Do I want an end to major sports or wrestling? NO but I do get tired of a lot things as a FAN! Like many other SPORTS FANS I am just tired of things and feel that a lesson needs to be learned by many professional athletes and leagues these days! Will it happen? Since Baron Corbin has been placed in power by Stephanie McMahon it seems WWE is good with the FANS and WWE Universe complaints about the show! Maybe the fans should leave the arena empty!  As Seth Rollins pointed out live tonight the ratings are down, fans are complaining, and well RAW just SUCKS ! For the third week in a row Baron Corbin has managed to destroy RAW with his power trip. What is Stephanie McMahon going to do about it? Christmas in Washoe County is a really sad affair in deed.  Reno a growing community seems to lack the Christmas spirit. Just from my prospective seems all these news companies and properties and growth should be getting the community together but yet there are far and few Christmas decorating communities. Though this year the 39th Street Market did set up a small area on Victorian Square in Sparks by the casino called the Nugget. for the community. There really is not any large displays of lights since they closed the light display that uuse to be in Idlewild Park a few years ago. It would just would seem the Casinos and new companies like Tesla and Panasonic could chip in some type of big light show. As a business owner and some times event promoter I am writing this article for people to get some advice and tips on whats makes some vendors do really well and what makes others just well suck. TERMS I USE IN THIS BLOG: A VENDOR is a business selling a product or service at an EVENT. A PROMOTER is the person or company hosting the EVENT. EVENT is a fair, craft fair, special event, or any event that uses VENDORS! #1) NOT ENGAGING THE CUSTOMER: This is one of the biggest mistakes I see at many events from VENDORS.  Your sitting in your booth on your phone or on a computer lab top and the customers are strolling by.  At the end of the day you had poor sales and your asking yourself WHY? I would ask you this: Do you want to go to the bank and want your teller on the phone? Do you want to go to the store and have the cashier ignore you? Do you want to go out to eat and have the waiter or waitress over in the corner and not serving you?  I may walk
