Keto and Healthy Living ( Annie and Micheal 30 day Ketovore Challenge) by Micheal and Annie Tomsik
In our journey to better understand nutritional and the overall Health and Happiness just through eating the correct foods sometimes you got take a challenge. So Annie and I have decided in the month of March 2022 we are going to accept a challenge of 30 days of KETOVORE.
Starting March 1st 2022 we are both going to follow the KETOVORE DIET or LIFESTYLE.
So this is even a little more extreme than our already Keto Lifestyle.
Under this diet or lifestyle you can eat meat,poultry, seafood, deli meats, cured meats, eggs, cheeses, butter, greek yogurt, sour cream, water, coffee, or ice tea ( no Sugar).
We will update you in the blogs and group how our challenge is going.
